Give advice and protect the company
The TEX Group aims to act ethically and in accordance with the law in all its business activities. The aim of the TEX Group's whistleblowing management is to protect the company, employees, and other individuals as well as our business partners and other stakeholders from damage caused by economic crime, such as corruption, cartels and fraud. At the same time, we focus on human rights and environmental protection in our own business area and along the entire supply chain.
Whistleblower protection refers to the reporting of irregularities, such as tax fraud, money laundering or offences in connection with public contracts, product and traffic safety, public health, consumer, and data protection.
The complaints procedure in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act enables individuals to report human rights and environmental risks and violations of human rights or environmental obligations that have arisen as a result of the economic activities of the TEX Group in its own business area or in the supply chain.
Whistleblowers can communicate with the TEX Group while maintaining the confidentiality of their identity. Whistleblowers have various options for reporting a report effectively and reliably. In particular, the report can be communicated internally in the respective company to the management or supervisor in writing or verbally.
